- Shelters
- Haines Street Cottages Shelter (Jefferson County): A year-round emergency shelter with approximately 31 beds for homeless families and individuals, including comprehensive case management.
- Sequim Warming Center (Clallam County): Open during freezing temperatures, serving all ages with a capacity of 30.
- Caswell Brown Village (Jefferson County): A 24/7 year-round transitional open-air shelter that can accommodate up to 50 people. Includes 20 tiny shelters built by Community Build and 20 slots for RVs/Campers.

- Permanent Support Housing
- Northwest Passage (Jefferson County): Six one-bedroom apartments for single adults and twelve apartments for families. Offers supportive services for individuals classified as low-income, disabled, and/or dealing with mental health issues.
- South Seven Senior Village (Port Hadlock): Property management and supportive services for fifteen units for people over the age of 62 classified as low-income.
- 7th Haven Apartments (Jefferson County): A 43-unit apartment building for low-income individuals and families, supported by Section 8 project-based vouchers and Veteran’s assistance housing vouchers.
Homeless Prevention, Rapid-Rehousing, and Supportive Housing
(Jefferson County)
Crossroads Supportive Housing Program: A Rapid Rehousing program serving homeless families engaged in the Therapeutic Courts (Mental Health, Drug, and Family). Crossroads provides move-in cost and rental assistance, specialized case management, and wraparound supportive services to participant families.
