What is TrainingLink?
Welcome to Training Link. The online Caregiver Training course catalog, student registration, and class enrollment system for Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, and Pacific counties in Washington. This system is for use by employees or contractors of Olympic Community Action Programs, Caregiver's Home Health, Coastal Community Action Program, Concerned Citizens, PACE, Personal Service Providers, Tender Touch Senior Care, and individual providers working in these counties.
How do you use TrainingLink?
The TrainingLink system allows students (employees, contractors, or individual providers as described above) to browse the available classes, register as a student in the system, modify basic information in the student profile, view the classes that the student has enrolled in and/or taken, and cancel class enrollments within specific guidelines.
Students may select all course titles from the list on the right side of this page, or narrow the list by sorting by a specific county region byselecting a county region from the drop down box below "Search Options". After selecting a course, a list of course numbers and their specific events (time and dates offered) will be listed. If no courses are presently scheduled for the class selected, it will display that message. Pay close attention to the course number and sponsoring agency, if you prefer to enroll in courses with your own agency. By selecting a specific event or a class you wish to take, the details of that event and it's location will be displayed. If you wish to enroll in the class, you may simply click on the link "Enroll for this Course". If the link displayed below the title of this window says "Student Login", you can login to the system (you must have registered in the system either online or via a registrar for your agency).
How do I register as a Student, how do I login,
and what can I do after
logging in?
It is possible you have already been registered as a student. To login, select the Student Login option in the menu to the right, or from anywhere else in system were prompted. If you are an employee or contractor of an agency, enter your Social Security number to login to the system. If you are an Individual Provider, enter your Provider #. If you are not currently registered in the system, the application will prompt you to register as a student and give you a link to the student registration page. You may also register by calling your Agency Registrar or if you are an Individual Provider not associated with an agency you may call your case manager or call Nan at 1-800-360-0666.
After you login, you will have a different welcome screen and further instructions on using the new options available to you.
I can't seem to login or register as a student,
or I'm not sure how to use
the system.
If you have questions, you may call the Agency Registrar or Supervisor at your associated agency or your Case Manager. If you are unsure who to call, you may contact the System Registrar at Olympic Community Action Programs.
