OlyCAP Programs

OlyCAP operates more than 50 programs or enterprises and we take pride in developing partnerships with other agencies to provide real Community Action.

Early Childhood programs include Head Start, together with its State equivalent—ECEAP, the Early Childhood Education Assistance Program.  These programs offer families a spectrum of health and educational services.


Long-Term Care programs offer Home Care services to elderly and disabled adults needing domestic and persona care assistance.  Related services include the

United Way of Clallam County

Home Improvement programs provide home weatherization, minor home repair and housing rehabilitation.

Food and Nutrition programs provide meals to seniors in local community centers, send out meals on wheels to homebound elderly and disabled adults.

United Good Neighbors of Jefferson County

Community Support programs address emergency needs and provide employment and re-employment support.

Housing Services offer emergency shelter and transitional housing services to families in need.

Health Care Access programs assist people who require dental or medical care and operate an Oral Health Care Center providing dental services.

OlyCAP operates community and senior centers and manages Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).

Who We Serve

Most, but not all, OlyCAP programs assist low-income individuals or families.  Eligibility requirements vary among our programs.  Contact OlyCAP staff for details.
