Community Action is a way of approaching poverty by helping people to help themselves.  We hope you enjoy this website.

You can get informed - about poverty, about our community and about the agency.


You will also find that you can get involved through the donation of your time or money. The people of Clallam and Jefferson counties are not poor in spirit and many of our citizens volunteer or donate to and through OlyCAP in support of their friends and neighbors here.

You can also seek help here. Our various programs are described and contact information is offered. We have also provided a Service Link to organizations and services throughout the Peninsula. If we can't help you, chances are we know someone who can.

Finally, we thought you might like to know about our mission and the values that drive OlyCAP. These are the ideas that guide us in the things we do every day.
